1. 83

It is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language sports film directed by Kabir Khan and jointly produced by Khan, Vishnuvardhan Induri, Deepika Padukone and Sajid Nadiadwala, Reliance Entertainment, Phantom Films and 83 Film Ltd. the film stars Ranveer Singh as cricketer Kapil Dev, along with Deepika Padukone, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Adinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa and R Badree.
In September 2017, Reliance Entertainment and Vibri Media hosted an event to announce the film with the team that had won the 1983 World Cup before shooting began on 5 June 2019 in England.[6] Earlier scheduled for theatrical release on 10 April 2020, 83 was pushed to 25 December 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. However, in November 2020, the film was again delayed to the first quarter of 2021 by makers seeing the worst occupancy report of audience towards theatres owing to the continuity of pandemic. The film was rescheduled for release on 4 June 2021. Then the release date of the film has been postponed indefinitely due to the rise in COVID-19 cases.It is now slated for theatrically release on 24 December 2021, along with its dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada in 3D.

2. Sardar Udham – 9.1

This biopic opened to great reviews from the audience. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the movie features Vicky Kaushal as the protagonist. This biopic is based on the real-life of Sardar Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter who assassinated Michael O'Dwyer to avenge the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre that took place in Amritsar. With a gripping storyline, this movie is a must-watch.

3. Shershaah – 8.7

Directed by Vishnuvardhan, this biographical war movie gives us an insight into the life of Kargil war hero, Captain Vikram Batra. With a flawless plotline and soundtrack, this movie features Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. There’s no doubt that this movie will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions.

4. Mimi – 8

Directed by Laxman Utekar, this comedy-drama stars Kriti Sanon in the titular role along with Pankaj Tripathi and Supriya Pathak. Based on a young woman who opts to be a surrogate for a foreign couple, this movie will make you smile and cry all at once.

5. Kaagaz – 7.5

Written and directed by Satish Kaushik, this biographical comedy features Pankaj Tripathi, Monal Gajjar and Amar Upadhyay in prominent roles. The movie focuses on the struggle of a man named Lal Bihari, a farmer from Amilo Mubarakpur village, who was declared dead on official papers. With the right balance of comedy and drama, this movie is definitely worth a watch.

6. Bhoot Police – 7

This horror-comedy is directed by Pavan Kirpalani and features Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam Dhar in lead roles. This movie focuses on two brothers, who hunt and get rid of ghosts for money, who are assigned a project in a remote village. With a great cast and twisted climax, this movie is again a must-watch.

7. Sooryavanshi

Rohit Shetty has fine-tuned his formula of car chases and cop drama through previous movies Singham and Simmba. A remake of a 2011 Tamil film, Singham starred Ajay Devgn in the role of an honest cop, who regularly breaks the law in order to uphold it. The motto of Shetty’s films can be summed up as such: Loha lohe ko kaat-ta hai (loosely translated, iron cuts iron). Given the amount of corruption in the police force, justice is usually meted by bending the rules or downright ignoring them. Cops in Shetty’s universe would laugh uproariously at accusations of police brutality. Throw in some thrilling car chases, meme-worthy dialogue, as well as a soupcon of misogyny—you have a winning formula. Shetty reprised the same idea in Singham Returns (2014) and then Simmba (2018), switching out the lead role to actor Ranveer Singh, who plays a corrupt cop on a mission with unabashed glee in the latter film. The stakes are even higher in Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar now in the titular role, fighting Islamic terrorism. Stereotypes abound, the chase scenes more and more elaborate, and the dialogue is bombastic.

While the trailer may have led one to believe that Amole Gupte’s Saina will end up being another forgettable Parineeti starrer, viewers were in for a surprise with the genuinely wholesome watch that Saina proved to be in the end. Following the life of ace badminton player Saina Nehwal, the movie showcases the general struggles of any sportsperson who makes it big. Parineeti does a commendable job as Saina, even though her make-up leaves something to be desired; the rest of the cast too elevates the experience of the movie.

9. Antim: The Final Truth

It is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and produced by Salman Khan Films. Distributed by Zee Studios, it is an adaptation of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern, and stars Salman Khan, Aayush Sharma and Mahima Makwana.
The story revolves around the face-off between a police officer (Salman Khan) and a gangster (Aayush Sharma), and like the original, it explores the hard conditions faced by farmers that pushes some of them towards crime.The film was theatrically released worldwide on 26 November 2021.

10. Roohi

In Bagadpur, it is customary that the girl be kidnapped against her will by the person who wishes to marry her. When Bhawra Pandey and Kattani Qureshi kidnap Roohi for their boss, things take an unexpected turn when she gets possessed by a demon.
